Upon activation of our service, we will do our best to ensure a timely delivery of every service requested. You will be contacted via phone or email by a customer service agent within 3 business days to verify that either the information has been completed/received, or to gather additional information as required. You will be emailed a confirmation once the services have been rendered. Any changes/updates made to the DOT Number reflect on the FMCSA system the following business day after the update has been filed. Those changes can be viewed here:

Cancellation Policy: (emailed out upon order)

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation whatsoever, within three business days of the date in which you receive this written confirmation. If you cancel, all payments or other consideration which may have already been made by you will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the telephone solicitor of your cancellation notice. If you cancel, you must return the goods to the telephone solicitor at the address listed above and at the telephone solicitor’s risk and expense within twenty-one days of the date you receive back from the telephone solicitor the payments or consideration you have already made. To cancel this transaction, email your USDOT number and a request for cancellation to [email protected]. Your request will be processed within 24 hours. This cancellation policy does not apply to UCR Orders.

UCR Cancellations:

Unfortunately, as the UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) is a non-refundable fee paid to the federal government, we are unable to offer any refunds or cancellations of UCR orders.

Additional information:

When your MCS-150 update is ordered, if we are able file the update online using your USDOT PIN Number, you will receive confirmation as soon as the update is completed (usually within 72 hours).

If your USDOT PIN is not able to be obtained, we will submit to have you sent your PIN via mail with the USPS. This will take 4-7 Business days. When you receive this information, send that PIN to your compliance representative. You will then receive a confirmation of update within 72 hours.

If we are unable to obtain the USDOT PIN, we will submit your MCS-150 update to the FMCSA via mail. This takes the longest for your update to get on file, and may be as long as 4-6 weeks after the mailing date.
